What We Collect

We collect only what we need to serve you:

• When you request a proposal: your name, organization, email, phone, city, and event details (type, date, attendees, and budget if you choose to share it) with your brief.
• To protect the form from abuse: a hashed fingerprint of the connection address — we do not store the IP address itself.
• Analytics cookies — only if you accept them through the consent notice.

Why We Use Your Data

We use your request details to prepare your quotation and contact you within 24 hours, to protect the site from abuse, and — after your consent to analytics — to understand how the site is used and improve it. We do not sell your data, we never share it for marketing purposes, and we disclose it only when the law requires it.

Where Your Data Is Processed

We rely on trusted service providers to host the website, store proposal requests in a private database, deliver email, and — after your consent — measure how the site is used. Some of these providers process data in secure data centers located outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and we apply data minimization to everything we share with them.

Retention

We keep proposal-request data for 24 months from the last contact, then delete or anonymize it.

Your Rights

You can request access to your data, its correction, or its deletion at any time. Write to contact@plavnt.com and we will respond without undue delay.

The site works without marketing cookies. Analytics cookies activate only after you accept the notice shown at the bottom of the page, and you can withdraw your choice at any time from this page.

Data Security and Breach Notice

Proposal requests are stored in a private database that never appears on any public page, and access is limited to named team members. Your details stay confidential — an NDA is available on request.

If an incident affecting your personal data occurs, we notify the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA) and affected individuals as the law requires.

Children's Privacy

Our website is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under this age, we delete it.
